ACCESS TICA TENANT DATABASE BY PHONE
In the event you require immediate information you can contact TICA on the Tenant Help line on 190 222 0346. Calls are charged at $5.45 per minute including GST (higher from mobile or pay phones)
When making an enquiry with TICA about your personal information you are required to provide-

Your drivers license and or passport numbers (except Australian Passport) and or proof of age card. |

The phone number you are calling from. |
Hours of Operation
TICA’s hours of operation are between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday AEST.
(Our office is closed during NSW Public Holidays and throughout the Christmas period from Christmas Eve until the first working day of the New Year. During these times TICA will not be processing any tenant enquiries).
Confidentiality of your Information
It is important to know that any information you provide to TICA to enquire if you are on the database is treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed onto any other party including the listing member if any. The only time your personal information is passed onto another party is when it is required by law or if you dispute any information record on any of TICA's databases.
Furthermore it is important to know that TICA will not use any of the information provided by you for any purpose other than correcting incorrect information that may be listed on the database. |
